# Manage your team

> Invite colleagues so they can help manage your campaigns.

Invite colleagues so they can help manage your campaigns. Team members share your company account.

## Roles

| Role | What they can do |
| - | - |
| **Owner** | The person who created the account. Full control. |
| **Admin** | Can invite and manage other members. Only the owner can give the Admin role. |
| **Moderator** | Can work on your campaigns and videos. |

All team members have access to **all your projects**.

## Before you invite

Fill in your company information first. See [Set up your company profile](/brands/getting-started/company-profile). If it is missing, the invite form asks you to fill in your brand information first.

## Invite a member

1. Open [**Settings**](https://app.stllr.network/settings) → **Teams**.
2. Click **Invite team members**.
3. Enter their **email address**.
4. Choose their **role**.
5. Click **Send Invite**.

The member appears in the list as **Invitation Pending** until they accept.

## Edit or remove a member

Admins and the owner can:

* **Edit** a member's role.
* **Remove** a member.

You can also remove yourself from the members list; you will be asked to confirm.

The owner cannot be removed.

## What team members can do

* See and manage campaigns and videos.
* Join the project chat with creators.
* Receive balance transferred from the wallet. See [Add balance and transfer](/brands/payments/recharge-wallet).

## Frequently asked questions

    Check that the email address is correct and ask them to look in spam. Remove the pending invitation and send it again if needed.

  <Accordion title="Can a teammate see the wallet?">
    Team members are part of your company account and can see your campaigns. Use transfers to give a member balance to spend.

  <Accordion title="Can I change the owner?">
    Contact Stllr support if you need to transfer ownership of the account.
