# Stllr wallet

> The Wallet page shows your wallet balance and every transaction on your account.

The [**Wallet**](https://app.stllr.network/wallet) page shows your wallet balance and every transaction on your account. You can use your balance to pay for campaigns, receive refunds, and share balance with your team.

<Warning>
  **Wallet balance and the credits system are separate**

  Your **Stllr wallet balance** can only be used to pay for **campaign UGC videos**. It **cannot** be used in Remix.

  The **credits system** is used **only in Remix**, and it **cannot** be used to buy campaign UGC videos.

  The two cannot be exchanged or converted into each other.

  Stllr is introducing a single, universal **credit system** across the whole platform. When it launches, it will replace the wallet, and your existing balance will carry over. This guide will be updated with the details.

## What you see on the Wallet page

* **Wallet balance** — the balance available to spend on campaign UGC videos right now.
* **Add balance** — recharge your wallet. See [Add balance and transfer](/brands/payments/recharge-wallet).
* **Transfer** — send balance to a member of your company. See [Add balance and transfer](/brands/payments/recharge-wallet).
* **Transactions** — a history of everything that changed your balance.

## Transaction types

| Transaction | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Stllr Balance Recharge** | You added balance to your wallet. |
| **Stllr Balance Transfer** | Balance was sent to or received from a team member. Shows **From** and **To**. |
| **Video Refund** | A refund for a cancelled video, added to your wallet. |

## Ways to use your balance

* **Pay at checkout (optional).** If you have balance, you can turn on **Use balance** when you check out a campaign. If it does not cover the total, you pay the rest by card. See [Create a campaign](/brands/campaigns/create-campaign).
* **Share with your team.** Transfer balance to company members.

## Important to know

* Wallet balance is **non-refundable** and cannot be transferred back to your bank account.
* Refunds for cancelled videos are returned to your wallet balance, not to your card. See [Cancel a video and get a refund](/brands/videos/cancel-and-refund).
* Balance is held in **SAR** (Saudi riyals).

## Frequently asked questions

    No. Balance stays in your Stllr wallet and can be used for campaigns on Stllr.

  <Accordion title="My refund is not showing — where is it?">
    Refunds appear in your transactions as **Video Refund** right after the cancellation. If you do not see it, check that the cancellation was completed on the campaign page and contact Stllr support with your video or campaign ID.

  <Accordion title="Is the wallet going away?">
    Yes, eventually. Stllr is moving to a single universal credit system across the platform, and the wallet will be deprecated. Your existing balance will carry over. Until then, your wallet balance keeps paying for campaign UGC videos.
