# Stllr wallet

> The Wallet page is your earnings hub on Stllr.

The Wallet page is your earnings hub on Stllr. It shows your current balance, your full transaction history, and gives you access to withdrawal and bank account settings — all in one place.

## Wallet balance

Your wallet displays your **total balance** — the full amount currently available to withdraw. Every time a brand approves one of your UGC videos, the payment is added to your balance immediately with no holding period.

## Transaction history

The transaction history lists every movement in and out of your wallet:

* **Deposits** — earnings added when a video is approved
* **Withdrawals** — amounts you have requested to transfer to your bank account

Each transaction shows the amount, date, and current status so you always have a clear picture of your earnings and activity.

### Withdrawal statuses

Each withdrawal in your transaction history has one of these statuses:

| Status | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Pending** | Your request has been received and is being processed by Stllr's finance team. The withdrawal shows an estimated arrival date range (typically 14–21 business days from your request). |
| **Transferred** | The transfer has been sent to your bank. The estimated arrival date range updates to 7–14 business days from the transfer date. |
| **Failed** | The withdrawal was cancelled — usually because your bank details are missing or incorrect. The amount is crossed out and fully returned to your wallet. Check your email for the reason. |

## Bank account

To receive withdrawals, you need a bank account saved to your profile. You can add or update it directly from the Wallet page at any time.

Stllr uses your bank account details exclusively for processing withdrawal requests via bank transfer. See [Set Up Your Bank Account](/creators/payments/bank-account) for required fields and setup instructions.

## What you can do from the Wallet page

* **Request a withdrawal** — transfer your available balance to your bank account
* **Add or edit your bank account** — manage the bank account used for payouts

## Your Wallet currency

Your wallet currency matches your region. In most cases you will have a single currency wallet that reflects all your earnings.

    Earnings are added when the brand approves your video, not when you submit it. If the video is still pending approval, the payment has not been released yet. Check the status of your submission in your dashboard.
