# Withdraw Your Earnings

> You can request a withdrawal from your Stllr Wallet page at any time.

You can request a withdrawal from your Stllr Wallet page at any time. Withdrawals are sent via bank transfer and typically arrive within 14–21 business days of your request.

## Before you start

You need a bank account saved to your profile to receive a withdrawal. If you haven't added one yet, see [Set Up Your Bank Account](/creators/payments/bank-account).

## Steps

1. Go to the [**Wallet**](https://app.stllr.network/wallet) page in your Stllr creator dashboard.
2. Click the **Withdraw** button on your balance card.
3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. It must be within the minimum and maximum limits for your currency.
4. Review the fee breakdown — the form shows exactly how much you will receive before you confirm.
5. Click **Submit** to send the request.

Your wallet balance updates immediately and the withdrawal appears in your transaction history with the status **Pending**.

## Withdrawal fee

Your **first three withdrawals are free.**

From the fourth withdrawal onward, a processing fee of **10 USD equivalent** (converted to your wallet currency) applies to every bank transfer.

**Example:** If you withdraw 100, the platform deducts the fee and you receive 90 (in your wallet currency equivalent).

The fee breakdown is shown clearly on the withdrawal form before you confirm — there are no surprises.

## Minimum and maximum amounts

| Currency | Minimum per withdrawal | Maximum per withdrawal |
| - | - | - |
| SAR, AED | 100 | 1,000 USD equivalent |
| EGP | 1,000 | 1,000 USD equivalent |
| All others | 100 USD equivalent | 1,000 USD equivalent |

Each withdrawal request must be between the minimum and maximum amounts for your currency. If your balance is larger than the maximum, submit multiple requests over time to withdraw it in parts.

## How often can I withdraw?

You can submit one withdrawal request every **72 hours**. The 72 hours count from your last request. A request that failed does not count, so you can submit a new one as soon as you fix your bank details.

## What happens after I submit?

After submitting, your withdrawal moves through these statuses in your Wallet:

| Status | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Pending** | Your request has been received and is being processed by Stllr's finance team. The withdrawal shows an estimated arrival date range. |
| **Transferred** | The transfer has been sent to your bank. The estimated arrival date range updates to count from the transfer date. |
| **Failed** | The withdrawal was cancelled — usually because your bank details are missing or incorrect. The amount is crossed out and fully returned to your wallet. Check your email for the reason. |

End-to-end timing is typically **14–21 business days** from your request. Once a withdrawal is **Transferred**, the money typically reaches your bank within **7–14 business days** of the transfer date. Business days skip your bank country's weekend.

Times depend on your bank and the current volume of withdrawals being processed. The estimated arrival range disappears once its last day has passed.

> Stllr does not send a notification when funds arrive in your bank account. Check with your bank directly if you want to confirm receipt.

## What if my bank details are wrong?

If your bank account information is missing or incorrect at the time of processing, your withdrawal will be **cancelled** and its status changes to **Failed**. You will receive an email explaining the issue and the full amount will be returned to your wallet balance.

A failed withdrawal is final — it cannot be reopened or retried, even after you fix your bank details. You need to submit a **new** withdrawal request.

To fix and re-request:

1. Go to the [**Wallet**](https://app.stllr.network/wallet) page.
2. Click **Edit Bank Account**.
3. Correct the information and save.
4. Submit a new withdrawal request.

See [Set Up Your Bank Account](/creators/payments/bank-account) for the full list of required fields.

  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I cancel a withdrawal after submitting?">
    No. Once submitted, a withdrawal cannot be cancelled by the creator. If the finance team cannot process it, it will be cancelled automatically and the full amount returned to your wallet.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My withdrawal failed. Can it be reopened after I fix my bank details?">
    No. A failed withdrawal cannot be reopened. Fix your bank details from the Wallet page, then submit a new withdrawal request. The amount from the failed request is already back in your wallet balance.

    A failed request does not count toward the 72-hour limit, so you can submit the new request right away.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I received payment for a project but nothing arrived in my bank account — why?">
    Earnings are added to your Stllr wallet, not sent directly to your bank. To transfer them, you need to submit a withdrawal request manually from the [Wallet](/creators/payments/wallet) page. See [Steps](#steps) above.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why is the Withdraw button not available?">
    Possible reasons:

    * You haven't added a bank account yet, or some of its details are missing — see [Set Up Your Bank Account](/creators/payments/bank-account).
    * You submitted a withdrawal within the last 72 hours — you can only submit one request per 72-hour period.
    * Your available balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount for your currency.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My withdrawal has been Pending for several days — is that normal?">
    Yes. Withdrawals typically arrive within 14–21 business days of your request, and the withdrawal shows its estimated arrival range. Delays can sometimes happen, but you don’t need to take any action unless you receive an email notifying you of a cancellation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My withdrawal is marked as &#x22;Transferred,&#x22; but I haven't received the money — what should I do?">
    Once your withdrawal is marked as <strong>Transferred</strong>, the funds have been sent from Stllr’s side. However, it can take several business days for the money to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times and other external factors such as holidays or interbank delays.

    If you still haven't received the funds after several business days, please check with your bank. If there is still an issue, contact Stllr support for further assistance.
