A campaign is the container for your videos. You start by writing the campaign brief — the details that apply to every video in the campaign — then decide what you need and pay. This guide takes you from a blank page to a successful checkout.

The steps

Creating a campaign has three steps up to checkout, shown at the top of the page:
  1. Create campaign — name, description, and basics.
  2. Choose videos — decide what you need: video types and quantities.
  3. Summary & Checkout — review the total and pay.
After a successful checkout, you move on to Customize video(s) — see Define your videos. To begin, go to Create campaign. Your progress is saved automatically as a draft, so you can leave and come back.

Step 1: Campaign basics

Product delivery

Choose the option that matches your campaign:
  • No physical product — for services, apps, or digital products.
  • Product shipped to the creator — you ship it after the creator confirms their address. Choose the expected arrival window (1–3 days, 4–7 days, or 1–2 weeks). The count starts from the creator’s assignment.
  • Visit a store — available only on some video types.
For shipped products, see Ship a product to your creator.

Step 2: Decide what you need

After your campaign brief, you decide what you need. In the app this step is labeled Choose videos.
  1. Browse the available video types. Each type has its own price per video and a short list of what it includes, shown on the screen. Types differ in how much you can specify about the creator, such as gender, age range, or shooting location.
  2. For each type you want, set the number of videos.
  3. Mix types in the same campaign if you need to.
  4. Click Next to continue to the summary.
On every type, Stllr matches the best-fit creators for you — you do not browse or hand-pick creators. See How creator matching works. Prices are shown per video, in the currency of the country you selected, and may differ between countries.

Step 3: Summary and checkout

  1. Review the summary. It lists your videos and the Total due.
  2. Click Pay. You are redirected to the secure payment page.
  3. Complete the payment. You are brought back to Stllr.
Optional, before you pay:
  • Promo code — if you have one, enter it and click Apply.
  • Wallet balance — if you have balance in your wallet, you can turn on Use balance to use it first. Any remainder is paid by card. See Stllr wallet.
Wallet balance pays for campaign UGC videos only. The credits system is used only in Remix.

Checkout complete

After a successful payment you are brought back to Stllr. Your campaign becomes active, and each video needs a video brief (its instructions). Continue with Define your videos. Matching starts only after you submit each video’s brief — saving is not enough. See Define your videos.

Tips for a strong brief

  • Describe the product and the result you want, not only the format.
  • Pick the niche and country carefully — they decide which creators see your videos.
  • Be clear about product delivery so creators know what to expect.
