Review a video

When the creator uploads their video, it appears on the video page for you to review. Approving the video completes the project.

Open the video

1. Go to your campaign and select the video, or open the notification.
2. Open the Video section. Status shows Pending approval.
3. Watch the video and check it against your brief: message, product, tone, duration, and format.

Until you approve, the video has a watermark.

Approve

If you are happy, approve the video. Then:

• The creator is paid.
• The watermark is removed.
• The video is saved to your Library.
• You can download it, and we encourage you to rate your creator — it takes a minute. See After your video is approved.

Request changes

If the video needs work:

1. Choose Reshoot request.
2. Select Video as the type.
3. Describe exactly what to change. Mention timestamps and what you want instead.
4. Send.

The status changes to Changes Requested, the phase becomes Reshooting, and the creator uploads a new version. You review again — this can repeat until you are satisfied. Edits before approval are free. Once a video is approved, further edits become paid, with a price based on the video type. See After your video is approved.

Tips for useful feedback

• Group all your changes into one request.
• Be specific: “Show the product in the first 3 seconds” works better than “make it better”.
• Stay within the original brief. If you need something new, discuss it with the creator in chat first.
