Everything about your campaign lives on two pages: the campaign page (all your videos at a glance) and the video page (one video in detail).

The campaign page

Open Campaigns and select a campaign. It has two tabs:
  • Campaign details — the campaign brief: description, niche, country, product delivery.
  • Deliverables — a table with one row per video.

The actions menu

  • Chat with creator — open the project chat.
  • Edit video details — update the video brief, until a creator joins and accepts it.
  • Change creator — see Resolve a problem with a creator.
  • Reshoot request — ask for changes.
  • Rate — rate the creator after the video is approved.

The video page

Select a video to open its page. It shows:
  • Timeline — the phases of this video: Creator onboarding, Scripting, Shipment (only if a product is involved), Filming, Reshooting, and Approved.
  • Video requirements — the type, duration, platform, format, language, tone, and payout details.
  • Instructions, references, assets, and SKUs — the video brief.
  • Estimated SLAs — days left for the creator to submit the script and the video, plus product delivery.
  • Creator — who is assigned. For shipped products, it also shows the creator’s shipping address once they confirm it.
  • Script and Video — what the creator submitted, with their status.
  • Product delivery — tracking link and product status.
  • Chat — talk to the creator. See Chat with your creators.
