How bank account details relate to withdrawals

When you submit a withdrawal request, Stllr takes a snapshot of your bank account details at that moment and attaches it to the transaction. This means:
  • Updating your bank account information will not affect a withdrawal that is already Pending.
  • Changes take effect on your next withdrawal request only.
  • You can update your bank account at any time without affecting in-progress transfers.

What happens if my bank details are incorrect?

If there is a problem with your bank account information when your withdrawal is being processed:
  • The withdrawal is cancelled and its status changes to Failed in your Wallet.
  • You receive an email describing the issue.
  • The full amount is returned to your wallet balance immediately.
A failed withdrawal cannot be reopened. Once you have corrected your bank details, submit a new withdrawal request from the Wallet page.

Frequently asked questions
