Your profile is how Stllr, its matching engine, and brands evaluate your fit for projects. A complete and accurate profile is the single most important factor in getting matched with projects and earning consistently on the platform.

What your profile contains

Your profile is built across two stages: profile setup (completed immediately after signup) and the dashboard completion prompts (optional details you can add at any time from your dashboard).

Profile setup fields

These are collected during the mandatory 6-step profile setup right after signup:

Dashboard completion fields

These are prompted from your dashboard after profile setup. They do not block access to the platform but some are required for specific project types:

KSA-specific fields

Creators based in Saudi Arabia are encouraged to add the following optional fields from their profile settings. These are not yet integrated into the matching system but add trust signals to your profile that improve your appeal to brands and the Stllr ops team:
  • Mwthooq number — a verified freelancer credential issued to Saudi creators.
  • Freelance permit number — a freelance work authorization number.

Face preference

Your face preference setting controls which types of projects you are eligible to join: No-face projects are generally lower in payment than shows-face projects. You can change this setting at any time from your dashboard.

Why your profile matters

Stllr’s matching engine uses your profile data — niche, language, country, follower count, and face preference — to recommend you for relevant projects. Brands and the Stllr ops team also review your profile manually when evaluating creators for projects, particularly for premium campaigns. An incomplete profile limits your exposure. Specifically:
  • No linked social account means your follower count is unknown, which restricts your creator level and project eligibility.
  • Missing work samples make your profile less compelling to brands.
  • Missing shipping address blocks you from joining physical product projects.
  • Missing bank account details prevent you from withdrawing earnings when you have them.

Your public profile

Your Stllr profile has a public URL based on your Stllr username. It is accessible to anyone with the link but is only actively surfaced to brands inside project pages. Changing your Stllr username changes your profile URL.

Frequently asked questions

Only the 6-step profile setup is mandatory before accessing your dashboard. The dashboard completion fields are optional and do not block you from browsing or joining projects — with two exceptions: you need a shipping address to join physical product projects, and you need a bank account to withdraw earnings.
