Before you start
You need a bank account saved to your profile to receive a withdrawal. If you haven’t added one yet, see Set Up Your Bank Account.Steps
- Go to the Wallet page in your Stllr creator dashboard.
- Click the Withdraw button on your balance card.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw. It must be within the minimum and maximum limits for your currency.
- Review the fee breakdown — the form shows exactly how much you will receive before you confirm.
- Click Submit to send the request.
Withdrawal fee
Your first three withdrawals are free. From the fourth withdrawal onward, a processing fee of 10 USD equivalent (converted to your wallet currency) applies to every bank transfer. Example: If you withdraw 100, the platform deducts the fee and you receive 90 (in your wallet currency equivalent). The fee breakdown is shown clearly on the withdrawal form before you confirm — there are no surprises.Minimum and maximum amounts
Each withdrawal request must be between the minimum and maximum amounts for your currency. If your balance is larger than the maximum, submit multiple requests over time to withdraw it in parts.
How often can I withdraw?
You can submit one withdrawal request every 72 hours. The 72 hours count from your last request. A request that failed does not count, so you can submit a new one as soon as you fix your bank details. What happens after I submit?
After submitting, your withdrawal moves through these statuses in your Wallet:
End-to-end timing is typically 14–21 business days from your request. Once a withdrawal is Transferred, the money typically reaches your bank within 7–14 business days of the transfer date. Business days skip your bank country’s weekend.
Times depend on your bank and the current volume of withdrawals being processed. The estimated arrival range disappears once its last day has passed.
Stllr does not send a notification when funds arrive in your bank account. Check with your bank directly if you want to confirm receipt.
What if my bank details are wrong?
If your bank account information is missing or incorrect at the time of processing, your withdrawal will be cancelled and its status changes to Failed. You will receive an email explaining the issue and the full amount will be returned to your wallet balance. A failed withdrawal is final — it cannot be reopened or retried, even after you fix your bank details. You need to submit a new withdrawal request. To fix and re-request:- Go to the Wallet page.
- Click Edit Bank Account.
- Correct the information and save.
- Submit a new withdrawal request.
