After reviewing your video, the brand may request changes before approving it. When this happens, your project moves to the Refiling phase and you will see the brand’s feedback on your project page.

Viewing the edit request

  1. Open the project page. In the Refiling phase
  2. Review the edit request details shown.
  3. Use the project chat to ask for clarification if any instruction is unclear.
Read the feedback carefully before starting any reshoots. Make sure you fully understand what the brand is asking for — unnecessary reshoots waste time.

Submitting a revised video

Submitting your revised video is done exactly the same way as uploading a new video or replacing an existing one. See Upload Your Video.

What to expect

  • Edit requests before final approval do not change your payment amount.
  • There is no system-enforced limit on the number of edit rounds — revisions are expected to be reasonable.
  • If you feel an edit request is unreasonable or outside the original brief, raise it with the Stllr team through support.

Frequently asked questions

No. Edit requests do not affect your earnings. You receive the full amount agreed for the project once the video is approved, regardless of how many revision rounds it went through.
If the request seems outside the scope of the original brief or unreasonable, contact Stllr support. Ouor team mediates between creators and brands in these situations.
If you do not act on an edit request and the project stalls, the Stllr team may step in. In cases of prolonged inactivity, the project could be cancelled and you may not receive payment. Stay active in the project chat and communicate clearly if you need more time.
